Q.How are commissions calculated?
You earn a flat 20% of the NET subscription revenue paid by the customers you refer. This applies to all paid plans.
Q.When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a 30-day validation period to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. The minimum payout threshold is €100.
Q.What happens if a customer cancels?
You will continue to earn commissions on all payments made before the cancellation. Once a customer cancels, the recurring commissions for that customer will cease.
Q.Do I provide support?
No! We handle all customer support, billing, and technical maintenance. You simply refer them, and we take care of the rest.
Q.Can I use the PrintPilot logo?
Yes, approved partners receive access to our official marketing assets, including logos and banners, to use in your promotional materials in accordance with our brand guidelines.
Q.Can I refer my own company?
