Policy Consolidated
Google OAuth & Gmail Integration
Our Google OAuth 2.0 disclosures, verified scope usage (`gmail.send`), and Google API Services Limited Use compliance statements are consolidated in our main Privacy Policy.
The single scope we request: gmail.send
PrintPilot requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. This scope allows one thing: creating and sending new emails as the authenticated user. It does NOT grant read, list, modify, or delete access to any message, thread, label, contact, setting, or other Gmail resource.
What PrintPilot accesses
- The ability to create and send new email messages as your account (gmail.send).
- Your basic profile: email address, display name, profile picture URL (via the standard OpenID scopes openid, email, profile).
What PrintPilot NEVER accesses
- Reading emails in your inbox, sent items, drafts, or trash.
- Downloading, listing, or searching Gmail messages or threads.
- Modifying, labeling, archiving, or deleting any Gmail message.
- Reading or modifying Gmail settings, filters, or forwarding rules.
- Accessing your Google Contacts, Calendar, Drive, Photos, or any other Google service.
- Recording, storing, or analyzing the content of the emails you send.
How to revoke access
You can revoke PrintPilot's access at any time. This immediately invalidates the tokens and prevents PrintPilot from sending further emails until you reconnect.
