How Alacam IT uses essential browser storage, optional analytics and your consent preferences.
Essential cookies
We store a language preference in your browser's localStorage so the site loads in your chosen language on the next visit. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores a session token in localStorage so you stay signed in. Both are strictly necessary to operate the service.
Optional website analytics
With your analytics consent, we store a temporary session ID in sessionStorage. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record the approximate country, browser language, displayed content language and its selection source, public page category, language changes and PrintPilot download-link clicks. We do not store raw IP addresses, email addresses, account IDs or URL query strings in these records. Our existing nightly maintenance removes records older than 90 days when it runs. Withdrawal in Consent Preferences stops new collection and removes the session ID. Google tags are managed separately through the same consent preferences.
Third-party services
When you play the embedded YouTube video on the PrintPilot page, YouTube may set its own cookies. When you complete a purchase, Paddle (our payment processor) may set cookies required to run the checkout. We do not control these cookies; please see the respective provider's cookie policy.
Managing cookies
You can clear localStorage from your browser's site settings at any time. Signing out from your dashboard removes the authentication session.
